Quote forms requested by the website visitors will automatically be stored in the SQL database. Upon receiving a request, a notification will be sent to a designated office administrator. This acknowledgment is sent via E-mail and will also be available through the system management panel. The office administrator can confirm or deny the form and it either goes to the list or will be deleted, depending on the action taken.

Users may login to the system to change their passwords and do other administrative tasks. The "forgot password" feature will be also available and users may use it to obtain a misplaced password. The system will automatically send the password to a registered E-mail address.
